Struan Baptie Property Management was established in 2011 by Struan Baptie when, after several years of managing his own properties and working for J & E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors for 9 years, he decided to offer Landlords the standard of service that he himself would be happy with.

    Struan is committed to providing a high standard of professionalism, reliability and frequent communication to all our landlords and tenants. Struan is contactable 7 days a week to deal rapidly with any problems that arise.

  • Melissa Coleman

    Melissa joined Struan shortly after in October 2011, having worked together previously at J & E Shepherd. Melissa has over 15 years’ experience in the rental market and deals with the day-to-day administrative tasks in the office. Melissa deals with all client accounts and rental payments.

Struan and Melissa continued to work well together and mainly through word of mouth and referrals, SB Property Management Ltd went from strength to strength.

  • Louise Todd

    In January 2013, Louise joined the team having served 6 years at Shield & Kyd Solicitors in the Estate Agency department. Louise has a vast knowledge of both property sales and lettings. Louise is responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.

  • Philip Sinclair

    Over the last couple of years our business has continued to grow and with this in mind, we knew it was vital to add to our current team to ensure the same quality of service remained.

    In June 2016, Philip Sinclair joined our team as Property Assistant initially to help with all administrative duties to allow the rest of the team to do their respective jobs. Philip has proved to be a great addition to the business in order for us to continue to grow and is now one of our Property Managers.

     

     

  • Valerie Cavellini

    In February 2017, we welcomed Valerie Cavellini to our team as Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

    Valerie is a great addition to the team and no matter how professional we are, we cannot exist without an efficient front of house.  Valerie works, very ably and allows the rest of us to concentrate on our roles within the business.

Our key aim is to make the rental and management of your property seamless and hassle free, so we’re happy to meet you at your property or in our office. As a small team we keep each other informed on a regular basis of any problems or queries that arise throughout each day, which we feel is vital to providing that extra bit of excellent service.
